✓ No Payment Required: Since all current courses are free, no refund policy is applicable for these offerings. You can access and benefit from our content without any financial commitment.

2. Future Paid Services

In the event that BULLSHIFTEER introduces paid courses, workshops, or premium services in the future, the following refund policy will apply:

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access purchased content due to technical problems on our end that cannot be resolved within 7 days
  • Course Not as Described: If the course content significantly differs from the advertised description
  • Double Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product

2.2 Refund Request Timeline

For any future paid services:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Requests submitted after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following will NOT be eligible for refunds:

  • Courses where more than 50% of content has been accessed
  • Downloadable materials that have been downloaded
  • Services that have been fully delivered
  • Promotional or discounted purchases
  • Bundled products (partial refunds not available)

  2. Provide Details: Include your name, email address used for purchase, course name, date of purchase, and reason for refund
  3. Await Response: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

4. Cancellation Policy

For any future subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds for partial months
  • Access to content continues until the end of the paid period

5. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a refund decision:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the refund decision
  • Provide any additional information supporting your case
  • Our management team will review and provide a final decision within 14 days
